The X1 Extreme 3rd gen is refreshed with Intel 10th gen H series 45 watt CPUs up to a Core i9, and dedicated graphics get a little boost to the NVIDIA GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q.
The casing remains the same as last gen. There are FHD IPS, wide gamut IPS 4K and our 4K OLED touch screen with pen support to choose from. The laptop is easily serviced and upgradable, has a fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 6, optional 4G LTE and 2 Thunderbolt 3 ports in addition to a healthy selection of legacy ports and a full size SD card slot. It competes with the Dell XPS 15 and 16” MacBook Pro.
