Receive your documents
- Once your incorporation documents have been approved by the state, you will receive your completed C Corp package by mail.
One or more persons, called “incorporators” may form a corporation. Incorporators are natural persons who are 18 or older. The completed Certificate of Incorporation is filed with the Department of State.
Optional Services
Availability of Name: (optional) In order to assure that the name of the corporation is not already in use by an existing corporation, limited liability company or limited partnership, you may request a name search. The search fee for each name submitted is $25.00.

Optional Fees
Expedited Handling Services: (optional) We offer expedited processing of time-sensitive documents. For an additional fee, we will process a document within the following time frames for the additional fee indicated
- $50.00 per document for processing within 24 hours
- $125.00 per document for processing within the same day
- $200.00 per document for processing within 2 hours. Expedited handling fees are nonrefundable.
