The latest version of Acer’s Swift 5 comes rocking Intel’s new 11th Gen processors. The company kept the same elegant design but decided to crank all the internals up to 11 (pun intended). Although this laptop only recently launched and rocks new hardware, it’s already on sale with a full $200 knocked off the asking price.
The new Acer Swift 5 is a highly capable laptop, running Windows 10 home. It’s powered by 16GB of RAM and Intel’s latest generation of Core i processors. This model comes with an Intel Core i7-1165G7. What makes this so special is the Intel Iris Xe graphics, which are more powerful than the standard Intel UHD GPU.
The processor itself rocks four cores and eight threads with a clock speed of up to 4.7GHz. With an Intel smart cache of 12MB, you’ll be running all your favorite apps without any issue. The Acer Swift 5 is designed with portability in mind. It’s light, easy to use on the go, but comes with plenty of power when you need it most. This laptop won’t win awards, but it’s got more than enough under the hood.
