Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ Review – It’s All About the Little Things
Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ Review – It’s All About the Little Things. Lisa Gade reviews the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ Android flagship smartphones.
They look a lot like the S8 and S8+ they replace, but Samsung has tweaked and perfected the S8 formula to make for a more efficient and enjoyable experience. They run Android 8.0 Oreo with Samsung Experience 8 on the Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 (depending on region), and they have stunning QHD+ 2960 x 1440 curved AMOLED displays, 64GB storage, 4G LTE, a microSD card slot and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The 5.8” S9 and 6.2” S9+ are IP68 water resistant, support wireless charging and VR. They’re available on all major carriers as well as unlocked with both GSM and CDMA support.
The S9 has a single 12MP rear camera and the S9+ has two 12MP rear cameras (similar to the Galaxy Note 8). Both have 8MP front selfie cameras that support AR emojis and the rear camera has two aperture settings.
